From aftermarket retail boxes to heavy-duty shippers for manufacturing loops, we engineer packaging that withstands the rigors of the automotive supply chain.

Packaging Formats We Build for Automotive

Folding Cartons

High-speed machineable cartons for filters, spark plugs, and brake accessories.

Single-Face Lamination (SFL)

Combines litho-quality print with corrugated micro-flute strength for heavy brake kits.

Blister Cards

Ideal for small hardware, fuses, bulbs, and heavy accessories with tear-proof seals.

Retail Displays & POS

Floor stands, power wings, and counter trays for dealership accessory rollouts.

Automotive Packaging by Product Type

Aftermarket Retail Boxes

High-graphics folding cartons featuring scuff-resistant varnishes and clean, bold instruction prints.

Heavy Brake & Chassis Kits

Reinforced corrugated structures (SFL) built specifically to survive the weight of rotors and calipers.

Dealership Promos

POP displays, floor bins, and counter display cards built for tire events and seasonal promotions.

Line-Side Component Dunnage

Heavy-duty transit shippers and dividers engineered specifically for automotive assembly line loops.

Quality & Traceability Controls

We understand automotive procurement needs strict process control and verified standards.

  • Full batch traceability and barcode tracking for automated warehouse loops
  • Adherence to strict quality auditing checklists and G7 color standards
  • Line clearance protocols to guarantee zero mixture of printed components

Automotive Packaging by Channel

OEM & Tier-1 Suppliers

Closed-loop returnable transit boxes and dunnage engineered for line-side plant delivery.

Retail Auto Parts Stores

Anti-theft blister cards, windowed cartons, and vibrant display headers commanding retail shelves.

Dealer Service Networks

Precisely partitioned boxes assembling complete service parts kits ready for technicians.

Rugged Automotive Finishes

  • Heavy Anti-Scuff Aqueous Coating:

Protects outer brand graphics from rubbing against adjacent boxes in heavy shipping stacks.

  • Oil-Resistant Interior Film:

Prevents mechanical grease and lubricants from seeping into raw paperboards.

  • High-Density Black Litho:

Deep, pristine blacks and vibrant grays perfect for premium tool branding.

Tip: For heavy automotive products, a clay-coat top sheet is essential. It provides a clean, premium print surface while the underlying fluted board provides structural strength!

Automotive Protection Engineering

Vibration Control

Custom dividers and static-dissipative dunnage protecting sensors and sensitive ECUs.

Grease Resistance

Lubricant-resistant barrier coatings stopping mechanical grease seepage.

Heavy Crush Strengths

High-compression ECT-rated flutes that survive tall warehouse pallet stacking.

Sustainable Industrial Materials

Balance strict component protection with eco-friendly corporate directives:

  • High-Recycled Corrugated: Tough shipping boxes containing up to 80% post-consumer recycled cardboard.
  • Repulpable Coatings: Water-based scuff coatings that break down completely in recycling loops.
  • Plastic-Free Dunnage: Pressed paper pulp and corrugated inserts replacing styrofoam and plastic bubbles.

Tradeoff Guidance

Heavy parts occasionally require high-tensile virgin fibers to maintain integrity. We optimize each dieline to reduce total fiber weight, using recycled materials wherever possible.

Advanced Single Face Lamination (SFL) Engineering

Discover the perfect fusion of visual dominance, light weight, and heavy-duty structural integrity. Our advanced SFL process delivers pristine retail-quality print graphics while securing your product lines at much lower manufacturing costs.

The Science of Single Face Lamination

Single Face Lamination (SFL) represents the pinnacle of modern structural packaging design. Rather than direct printing on thick corrugated cardboards (which leaves unsightly fluting waves and limits print precision), our specialized machinery laminates a high-quality, pre-printed lithographic paper label directly to a single-faced corrugated fluting web. A single-faced corrugated web consists of a single flat layer of kraft paper (liner) pre-bonded to a wave-like fluting medium.

By adhering the flat, high-definition printed top sheet to the exposed flutes of the single-faced web, we build a robust, multi-layer container. This hybrid structure eliminates the common "washboarding" effect of flexographic printing, delivering the extreme mechanical rigidity of corrugated packaging alongside the smooth, high-fidelity surfaces of folding cartons.

Specialized Flute Profiles We Manufacture:

F-Flute(~1/32" thickness)

Micro-fluting provides an ultra-smooth surface, dense support, and precise folds. Perfect for replacing traditional folding cartons with structurally superior containers.

E-Flute(~1/16" thickness)

Superb compression resistance and crushing buffer. Ideal for custom subscription mailers, heavy cosmetics, and retail-ready product displays.

B-Flute(~1/8" thickness)

Maximum vertical stacking strength and puncture protection. Engineered for industrial parts, heavy-duty electronics, and complex logistics.

Uncompromising Graphic Fidelity & Custom Finishes

Direct printing methods like flexography or standard digital print often suffer from dot gain, muddy gradient transitions, and highly limited color ranges. Because our SFL process prints on the top sheet liner while it is entirely flat, our high-speed offset lithography presses run at 175 to 200 line screens. This unlocks razor-sharp fine details, photo-realistic imagery, and flawless metallic overlays.

Beyond high-resolution offset print, we offer extensive post-print visual and sensory embellishments. Enhance your brand with custom **hot foil stamping** (gold, silver, rose gold, holographic), **blind or registered multi-level embossing and debossing** for tactile luxury, **spot UV coatings** to contrast glossy details with matte backgrounds, and eco-friendly soft-touch protective laminations.

Maximum Structural Rigidity at Cheaper Prices

Building traditional solid-board luxury rigid packaging or extra-thick folding cartons (above 24pt) carries steep cost premiums, heavy shipping weights, and highly labor-intensive setup processes. SFL bypasses these barriers entirely, saving you up to 35% on packaging materials while offering equivalent (and often superior) structural stiffness.

SFL achieves this structural strength by utilizing lightweight corrugated mediums and thin, highly sustainable 10-12pt paperboard liners. Since these components are structurally strong but physically lightweight, they reduce transport weights, cut warehouse storage footprints (as they ship completely flat), and significantly lower fuel and transit overheads.
